This file apparently has no real source apart from having been transferred from en.wp. Also quite unclear: who is actually the author and why it should be under the GFDL and CC licenses given? If those licenses are bogus, is the file alternatively in the PD for some reason? Unless some satisfactory answer to those questions can be found, the file should be deleted per the precautionary principle. Rosenzweig τ 22:18, 9 January 2019 (UTC)
