| Description |
English: Posterior meniscofemoral ligament of (Wrisberg) behind the posterior horn of the lateral meniscus mimicking a tear on MRI knee sagittal view. There is also blood effusion in the joint cavity due to trauma. However, the trauma did not affect the posterior elements of the knee.
Deutsch: Ligamentum meniscofemorale posterius (Wrisberg) hinter dem Außenmeniskus-Hinterhorn dicht an seinem Ansatz. Der Befund kann als Einriss des Meniskus fehlinterpretiert werden. Man erkennt weiter einen blutigen Gelenkerguss, der von einem Trauma an der Patella herrührt. |
